Firebringer brings advanced technology out of elite silos — and strips away the mythology that accumulates around it. In quantum, that means treating every claim the same way: testable terms, real null tests, findings in writing.
I started this practice because I needed it myself.
In 2024 I began running quantum experiments on IBM hardware with serious intent: ECDLP solving with Shor and Regev variants, HHL linear systems, and a two-year study of whether synchronized human attention could measurably interact with QPU output distributions.
I produced results that looked like they meant something. I got them recognized — the 14-bit ECDLP submission was confirmed inside Project Eleven's Q-Day Prize. I built better and better tools for seeing what I hoped was there.
Then I ran the null test. The ECDLP result died. The meditation study died. Both on the same day, with the same instrument. Two years of work, falsified by randomized data through my own pipeline.
That's the credential. Not the results. The retractions. An instrument that will kill your own best finding — on a claim you were recognized for — is an instrument you can trust on someone else's claim.
The HHL work survived the null test, and the 15-rule NISQ checklist emerged from the autopsy. Both are published. The self-audit of the HHL claim continues.

A verdict of "reject" costs us nothing and a verdict of "fund" earns us nothing. That is the only condition under which either verdict is worth paying for.
Before accepting any engagement, we conduct a conflict check. If a conflict exists, we decline the engagement and say so. We do not adjust verdicts based on client preference. If the evidence does not support the claim, the verdict says so — and the reasoning is on paper.
Firebringer Quantum provides independent technical evidence review of quantum and post-quantum claims. This work is not legal advice, investment advice, regulatory assurance, or a compliance certification. Reports may not be submitted to regulators, courts, or standards bodies as a certification or assurance engagement. Firebringer Quantum is not a law firm, investment adviser, security auditor, or assurance provider.
Technical verdicts represent the best available assessment of the evidence as of the review date. New evidence can change a verdict. If you are relying on a Firebringer verdict for a material decision, request a status check before acting.
